princessantly: (The woes of being Tales royalty)
[ It's... still something to adjust to, the first time she'd stood in front of the door and raised her hand to knock, and it had gone right through it. Being a ghost isn't a simple matter, and while she's grateful that it means she isn't completely gone from everything, it's also made certain things difficult.

She needs to talk to Faize, as best as she can, she knows that. But first, she needs to know what she can do like this. So the first few days are spent practicing in places where people won't be weirded out by floating pebbles and the like. And still, it doesn't feel as though she's entirely gotten the hang of it, and she's still so exhausted after every effort... but seeing Faize in front of her makeshift grave marker decides her.

So this time, instead of standing anxiously in front of his door and talking herself out of it, out of fear of catching him in a private moment, she walks right through it.

There has to be a way to reach him. ]

[ After so much laundry and trying not to find body parts, Alisha's finally got some time to catch a breather. And what does she do?

... Knocks on Roxy's door, because she may be a knight and a princess, but she's also a teenage girl, and when one needs advice... well, Roxy seems to know what she's doing. ]

Roxy? Do you have a moment?
princessantly: AND FACE FULL LIFE CONSEQUENCES (I must do what has to be done by me)
[ It's weighed heavily on her mind, what Astrid had said during the trial... and with the reaction she'd seen to Inaba's party, Alisha's finally just decided to do something about it. Which may solve absolutely nothing, honestly, but she doesn't like there being any kind of uncomfortable tension between herself and a friend.

So she heads outside to find her... or, rather, to find her dragon, because Astrid wouldn't be too far from Stormfly. WHERE YOU AT, DRAGON... ]

[ She's wondered... and she'd already resolved to mostly keep from asking others about the things she saw flash on the monitor, unless they were prepared to talk to her about it first. Which Alisha doubts, but the look she'd seen on Hinata's face...

So when she gets the chance to, she's catching him by the sleeve. ]

Hajime, do you have a minute?
princessantly: (I lost my strength from my ponytail)
[ This isn't like her-- rather, this sort of antsy, sadness-dampened anxiety is fitting for neither a princess nor a knight, and Alisha has told herself this sternly more than once as she's tried to relax both mind and body enough to rest for the night.

But, for the eighth time in a row, it isn't working, and she finally decides that maybe she's going about this the wrong way. Maybe she shouldn't try to shove it all down on her own. She'd fared better with company this week; maybe that would help?

After an additional moment of going through her options - Selena had already dealt with her tears yesterday, Gilbert didn't sleep enough as it was, she'd rather not alarm Papyrus or Undyne - she makes her decision.

And that is why Faize, should he answer the knock at his door, will find a princess in a nightgown, hair unbound and looking both melancholy and apologetic. ]

My apologies, for disturbing your rest...
